Kalimbah Training Services
With over 15 years breaking experience, 4 years working exclusively with Standardbreds, and over 60 Standardbreds transitioned to saddle, Kalimbah has developed a specialised training program to make the shift from harness to saddle as easy and smooth as possible.
We work to get the best picture of each horse's strengths and abilities so we can best prepare them for their new life. We also spend a lot of time with our clients to properly understand their needs and plans for their new horse, all our services include training for both horse and rider to achieve the equal developement of their skills.
Kalimbah offers a horses for sale at different levels of training and works closely with each client to ensure the best horse rider combination.
We can also offer owners of unbroken or off the track Standies the opportunity to ensure thier horse has the best start possible in their new career by being trained by Kalimbah.
Standardbreds that are already started under saddle can
benifit from sessions at Kalimbah to help progress them in their training and improve their working relationship with their rider.
Kalimbah also offers "Starting the Standie" clinics for people interested in learning our specialised training methods.
